Robert did some potrait and event photos for us on location at our home. He was a pleasure to deal with. Professional and personable. He was very accomadating about time place and had proofs onine very quickly. Fees were reasonable and photos fantastic. I would recomend him without reservation.

The occasion was an 80th birthday party -- all family, but LOTS of family, in a fairly tight venue, and Robert was wonderful: friendly, patient (we were a somewhat unruly, unpredictable crowd!), easy to work with, agreeable, and constantly looking for creative and memorable ways to document the evening. The end result was a collection of wonderful photos, including several of the whole family, as well as of each generation (for those, he suggested we temporarily take over the lobby staircase, which proved inspired, and popular with the hotel guests who were watching). Having him with us that evening, and working with him in the weeks and months that followed was easy and a pleasure; in addition to being friendly, his product was absolutely professional.

Robert Ortiz is exactly the type of photographer you need at a wedding. He was fun, energetic and takes magazine quality photos. Being the Bride and Groom things get very hectic and Robert made our wedding photography enjoyable. We asked for Romance, Formal and Detail photos and he was able to capture each style with great detail. Robert also has a wonderful ability to capture the mood of the event. The best advice we can give is to meet with Robert in advance so you can discuss what you want your event to be. Wthout reservations, Robert Ortiz comes highly recommended.
